1. Operator identification data
The operator of personal data is the company Natural s.r.o., with its registered office at Radlinského 20, 05201 Spišská Nová Ves, ID 46790365, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Košice, Section Sro, File No. 30395 / V (hereinafter the "Company"), which processes personal data for conditions set out below.
2. Processing of personal data for the purpose of:
a. Securing projects offered by the Company
The company processes your personal data in order to secure the project that you have ordered as a data subject. Your data is specifically processed by the Company providing the service you have ordered. The company obtains the personal data of the affected person by filling in the order of the affected person, or concluding a contract with the affected person.
b. Provision of marketing information to the persons concerned
The Company processes your personal data in order to provide marketing information about news and projects that the Company is preparing. By this processing, the company processes the name, surname, e-mail and tel. the number of the person concerned.
3. Processing of personal data on a legal basis:
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is, where appropriate
a) Securing projects offered by the Company Art. 1 letter f) Regulation no. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 /ES (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR Regulation"), in the case of
(b) Provision of marketing information to the persons concerned 1 letter f) GDPR regulations.
The processing of personal data by the Company is in the case of
a) Ensuring the implementation of projects offered by the Company, processing is necessary within the legitimate interest, when the Company processes your data for the successful provision of the service you ordered and in the case of
b) Provision of marketing information to the affected persons also on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Operator.
4. The recipients of your personal data are:
The company that processes your personal data, such as the data of the data subject, does not provide it to third parties other than law enforcement authorities or other public authorities on behalf of public authorities and other intermediaries solely for the successful performance of the service you order. The company does not provide your personal data to third countries or international organizations and, if it does so, would inform you in advance.
5. Retention period of personal data:
The company stores your personal information in the event
a) Ensuring the implementation of projects offered by the Company for a period of 10 years and in the case of
b) Provision of marketing information to the persons concerned for a period of 10 years.
In the event that the data subject requests the Company to delete personal data, the Company will do so without delay.
6. Your personal data is protected:
The Company strives to protect your personal information in accordance with the requirements of applicable law and takes all necessary security, technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Electronic data is stored in a protected database. The Company protects the database from damage, destruction, loss and misuse.
7. Rights of the person concerned:
The affected person has a right towards the Company as the operator
1. request access to personal data,
2. to correct personal data,
3. to delete personal data,
4. to limit the processing of personal data,
5. the portability of personal data and object to the processing of personal data.

The data subject has the right to file a motion to initiate proceedings with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic if he or she considers that he or she is directly affected by his or her rights under the GDPR Regulation or relevant legal regulations.
The relevant legislation is, in particular, the GDPR Regulation, the applicable Personal Data Protection Act, as amended, and other applicable generally binding legal regulations.
